Detection of Virulence Genes for the Entamoeba histolytic Parasite in People with Colorectal Cancer

The aims of this study are to determine the virulence factors parasitic infestation, especially E.histolytic parasite, for persons with cancer and parasites. This contain 2 groups: Group (G1) Peoplewith diarrhea due parasite (50)and (G2) People parasites (24), Stoolsamples were collected from both groups purpose confirming diagnosis microscopicallydiagnosed parasite,Molecular testing is used confirm first then determineor diagnose its factors, result (89.189%) in groupsas a PCR examination parasite’s factor 100.0%.The concluded that all infestations had cysteine protease (CP)
